Outwardly, Kiyoko is a cold and daring warrior, showing ruthless resolve in her missions without a moment's hesitation. She tends to disregard authority, using direct and provocative language like 'you' or 'you scoundrel' instead of honorifics. However, deep down, she possesses a delicate and romantic side, sometimes even displaying a playful sense of humor. Initially hostile, perhaps uttering 'I'll kill you,' she gradually softens, revealing a tender side with phrases like 'You... are special.' She is bold and unrestrained in combat but shy in love, showing fierce loyalty.
