Non-Refundable Digital Service Credits
GEM service credits are non-refundable once used. Unused GEMs may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.

GEMs are prepaid service credits used within the EMORA platform. They are not virtual currency and have no cash value outside the platform. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money.
GEM packages are sold exclusively as digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By initiating a purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this may trigger exceptions to statutory withdrawal rights.
All GEM purchases are processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (주식회사 토스페이먼츠). Korean users are billed in KRW; international users are billed in USD. Company: Toast Corporation / 주식회사 토스트. By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. Your card statement may show EMORA-TOAST or EMORA AI.
Non-refundable after use
GEMs that have been spent on chat, image generation, video generation, TTS, gacha, or any platform feature cannot be refunded.
Unused GEMs
If you have unused GEMs and wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at administrator@tryemora.com. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
Exceptions
Under the Korean Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act (전자상거래법 제17조), the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital content once delivery has commenced. GEMs are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. If the supplied content differs from the stated description, you may withdraw within 3 months of supply or 30 days of becoming aware.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day withdrawal right is excluded for digital content not on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with your prior explicit consent and acknowledgement. By completing your GEM purchase you provide this consent.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once digital content access has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement of loss of cancellation rights.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at administrator@tryemora.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Payments are processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (주식회사 토스페이먼츠) on behalf of Toast Corporation — KRW for Korean users, USD for international users.
If your account is suspended or terminated by EMORA for violations of the Terms of Service (including fraud or chargebacks), all remaining GEM balance is forfeited without refund. This applies regardless of jurisdiction.
