⚠️ GEMs Are NOT Virtual Currency

GEM service credits are NOT virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, e-money, or legal tender. GEMs are prepaid, consumable service access units — consumed upon use with no cash redemption value outside EMORA. GEMs are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be sold or exchanged, and expire upon permanent account closure.

1. Ano ang GEM?

Ang GEM ay mga prepaid service access credit ng EMORA. Ginagamit ang mga ito kapag gumagamit ng AI chat, gumagawa ng mga larawan o video, nagpe-play ng TTS audio, nag-pull ng gacha card, o nag-access ng iba pang mga feature ng platform. Ang GEM ay hindi virtual currency, stored value, e-money, o legal tender sa anumang uri. Wala silang tunay na monetary value at hindi maaaring palitan ng pera sa labas ng EMORA platform.

2. Paano Kumita ng Libreng GEM

Maaari kang kumita ng GEM nang libre sa pamamagitan ng ilang paraan. Ang mga libreng GEM ay inuri bilang Bonus GEM at mag-e-expire pagkatapos ng 60 araw ng kawalan ng aktibidad (tingnan ang Seksyon 6).

3. Pagbili ng GEM

Ang mga GEM package ay maaaring bilhin anumang oras mula sa GEM Store. Lahat ng pagbabayad ay pinoproseso ng Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (주식회사 토스페이먼츠) sa ngalan ng Toast Corporation (주식회사 토스트). Ang mga Korean user ay sinisingil sa KRW; ang mga internasyonal na user sa USD. Kasama na ang naaangkop na mga buwis sa presyo.

Bonus GEMs are extra GEMs awarded with that package purchase and reset the bonus GEM expiry window.

4. Gastos sa Paggamit

5. Paraan ng Pagbabayad (Isang Beses na Pagbabayad Lamang)

All GEM purchases on EMORA are one-time, individual transactions. We do not offer subscription billing, recurring charges, or automatic top-ups. Each purchase requires explicit user approval.

One-time purchases only. No subscriptions or recurring billing.

6. Mga Panuntunan sa Pagwawakas at Balanse ng GEM

An in-app warning and email notification will be sent 7 days before your bonus GEMs expire.
Expired GEMs are automatically removed from your balance and cannot be recovered.
When spending GEMs, bonus GEMs are deducted first, followed by purchased GEMs.
Purchased GEMs do not expire as long as your account remains active.

7. Patakaran sa Refund

Purchased GEMs are generally non-refundable as they are delivered immediately upon payment as digital service credits. However, unused purchased GEMs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

⚠️ Important Refund Rules:

Bonus GEMs (free, promotional, referral, mission) are never refundable under any circumstances.
When a refund is issued for purchased GEMs, any bonus GEMs granted with that purchase are deducted proportionally.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (3–10 business days).
GEMs that have already been spent are excluded from refund calculation.

To request a refund, contact administrator@tryemora.com with your account email and transaction ID within the applicable window.

8. Walang Cash Value at Hindi Maaaring Ilipat

GEMs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any form of cash, goods, or services outside the platform.
GEMs cannot be transferred between accounts.
GEMs cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise provided to a third party.
Remaining GEMs are forfeited upon permanent account closure.

10. Regulatory Compliance

11. Pagbabayad ng Kita ng Creator

Approved creators earn 20% of GEMs spent by other users on their characters. The settlement method is determined by the creator's location as follows.
