⚠️ GEMs Are NOT Virtual Currency

GEM service credits are NOT virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, e-money, or legal tender. GEMs are prepaid, consumable service access units — consumed upon use with no cash redemption value outside EMORA. GEMs are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be sold or exchanged, and expire upon permanent account closure.

1. Qu'est-ce que les GEM?

Les GEM sont des crédits d'accès aux services prépayés d'EMORA. Ils sont consommés lorsque vous utilisez le chat IA, générez des images ou des vidéos, écoutez des audios TTS, tirez des cartes gacha ou accédez à d'autres fonctionnalités de la plateforme. Les GEM ne sont pas une monnaie virtuelle, une valeur stockée, de la monnaie électronique ou un moyen de paiement légal de quelque nature que ce soit. Ils n'ont aucune valeur monétaire réelle et ne peuvent pas être échangés contre des espèces en dehors de la plateforme EMORA.

2. Comment gagner des GEM gratuitement

Vous pouvez gagner des GEM gratuitement par plusieurs méthodes. Les GEM gratuits sont classés comme GEM de bonus et expirent après 60 jours d'inactivité (voir Section 6).

3. Acheter des GEM

Les paquets de GEM peuvent être achetés à tout moment dans la boutique GEM. Tous les paiements sont traités par Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (주식회사 토스페이먼츠) au nom de Toast Corporation (주식회사 토스트). Les utilisateurs coréens sont facturés en KRW ; les utilisateurs internationaux en USD. Les prix incluent les taxes applicables.

Bonus GEMs are extra GEMs awarded with that package purchase and reset the bonus GEM expiry window.

4. Coûts d'utilisation

GEM costs may be adjusted via admin settings. Advance notice will be provided for material changes.

5. Méthode de paiement (paiements uniques uniquement)

All GEM purchases on EMORA are one-time, individual transactions. We do not offer subscription billing, recurring charges, or automatic top-ups. Each purchase requires explicit user approval.

One-time purchases only. No subscriptions or recurring billing.

6. Règles d'expiration et de solde GEM

An in-app warning and email notification will be sent 7 days before your bonus GEMs expire.
Expired GEMs are automatically removed from your balance and cannot be recovered.
When spending GEMs, bonus GEMs are deducted first, followed by purchased GEMs.
Purchased GEMs do not expire as long as your account remains active.

7. Politique de remboursement

Purchased GEMs are generally non-refundable as they are delivered immediately upon payment as digital service credits. However, unused purchased GEMs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

⚠️ Important Refund Rules:

Bonus GEMs (free, promotional, referral, mission) are never refundable under any circumstances.
When a refund is issued for purchased GEMs, any bonus GEMs granted with that purchase are deducted proportionally.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (3–10 business days).
GEMs that have already been spent are excluded from refund calculation.

To request a refund, contact administrator@tryemora.com with your account email and transaction ID within the applicable window.

8. Aucune valeur monétaire et non transférable

GEMs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any form of cash, goods, or services outside the platform.
GEMs cannot be transferred between accounts.
GEMs cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise provided to a third party.
Remaining GEMs are forfeited upon permanent account closure.

10. Regulatory Compliance

11. Paiement des revenus des créateurs

Approved creators earn 20% of GEMs spent by other users on their characters. The settlement method is determined by the creator's location as follows.
