GEM service credits are NOT virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, e-money, or legal tender. GEMs are prepaid, consumable service access units — consumed upon use with no cash redemption value outside EMORA. GEMs are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be sold or exchanged, and expire upon permanent account closure.
GEMs são créditos de acesso a serviços pré-pagos da EMORA. Eles são consumidos quando você usa chat de IA, gera imagens ou vídeos, reproduz áudio TTS, faz pulls de gacha ou acessa outros recursos da plataforma. GEMs não são moeda virtual, valor armazenado, dinheiro eletrônico ou moeda legal de qualquer tipo. Não têm valor monetário real e não podem ser trocados por dinheiro fora da plataforma EMORA.
Você pode ganhar GEMs gratuitamente através de vários métodos. GEMs gratuitos são classificados como GEMs de bônus e expiram após 60 dias de inatividade (veja Seção 6).

GEM costs may be adjusted via admin settings. Advance notice will be provided for material changes.
All GEM purchases on EMORA are one-time, individual transactions. We do not offer subscription billing, recurring charges, or automatic top-ups. Each purchase requires explicit user approval.

Purchased GEMs are generally non-refundable as they are delivered immediately upon payment as digital service credits. However, unused purchased GEMs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

This GEM policy is designed in compliance with the following regulations:
Approved creators earn 20% of GEMs spent by other users on their characters. The settlement method is determined by the creator's location as follows.
