⚠️ GEMs Are NOT Virtual Currency

GEM service credits are NOT virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, e-money, or legal tender. GEMs are prepaid, consumable service access units — consumed upon use with no cash redemption value outside EMORA. GEMs are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be sold or exchanged, and expire upon permanent account closure.

1. GEM คืออะไร?

GEM คือเครดิตการเข้าถึงบริการแบบเติมเงินของ EMORA ถูกใช้เมื่อคุณใช้แชท AI สร้างรูปภาพหรือวิดีโอ เล่นเสียง TTS ดึงการ์ดกาชา หรือเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์แพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ GEM ไม่ใช่สกุลเงินเสมือน มูลค่าสะสม เงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมายในรูปแบบใดๆ ไม่มีมูลค่าทางการเงินในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริงและไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดได้นอกแพลตฟอร์ม EMORA

2. วิธีรับ GEM ฟรี

คุณสามารถรับ GEM ฟรีได้หลายวิธี GEM ฟรีจัดเป็น Bonus GEM และจะหมดอายุหลังจาก 60 วันที่ไม่มีการใช้งาน (ดูส่วนที่ 6)

Bonus GEMs are extra GEMs awarded with that package purchase and reset the bonus GEM expiry window.

4. ค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้งาน

GEM costs consumed per service use:

GEM costs may be adjusted via admin settings. Advance notice will be provided for material changes.

5. วิธีการชำระเงิน (การชำระเงินครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น)

All GEM purchases on EMORA are one-time, individual transactions. We do not offer subscription billing, recurring charges, or automatic top-ups. Each purchase requires explicit user approval.

One-time purchases only. No subscriptions or recurring billing.

6. กฎการหมดอายุและยอดคงเหลือ GEM

An in-app warning and email notification will be sent 7 days before your bonus GEMs expire.
Expired GEMs are automatically removed from your balance and cannot be recovered.
When spending GEMs, bonus GEMs are deducted first, followed by purchased GEMs.
Purchased GEMs do not expire as long as your account remains active.

7. นโยบายการคืนเงิน

Purchased GEMs are generally non-refundable as they are delivered immediately upon payment as digital service credits. However, unused purchased GEMs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

⚠️ Important Refund Rules:

Bonus GEMs (free, promotional, referral, mission) are never refundable under any circumstances.
When a refund is issued for purchased GEMs, any bonus GEMs granted with that purchase are deducted proportionally.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (3–10 business days).
GEMs that have already been spent are excluded from refund calculation.

To request a refund, contact administrator@tryemora.com with your account email and transaction ID within the applicable window.

8. ไม่มีมูลค่าเงินสดและไม่สามารถโอนได้

GEMs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any form of cash, goods, or services outside the platform.
GEMs cannot be transferred between accounts.
GEMs cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise provided to a third party.
Remaining GEMs are forfeited upon permanent account closure.

10. Regulatory Compliance

This GEM policy is designed in compliance with the following regulations:

EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16m — digital goods)
Korea 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 (전자상거래법) Art. 17
Japan 特定商取引に関する法律 (Tokushoho)
California Civil Code §1749.5 (gift card / virtual currency dormancy)
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — purchase data retention

11. การจ่ายรายได้ผู้สร้างสรรค์

Approved creators earn 20% of GEMs spent by other users on their characters. The settlement method is determined by the creator's location as follows.

Revenue share: 20% of GEM spend on the creator's characters.
Valid payment and tax information must be registered to receive payouts.
Creator revenue may be subject to applicable taxes in the creator's jurisdiction.
Revenue may be withheld or reversed for content policy violations.
