⚠️ GEMs Are NOT Virtual Currency

GEM service credits are NOT virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, e-money, or legal tender. GEMs are prepaid, consumable service access units — consumed upon use with no cash redemption value outside EMORA. GEMs are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be sold or exchanged, and expire upon permanent account closure.

1. GEM là gì?

GEM là tín dụng truy cập dịch vụ trả trước của EMORA. Chúng được tiêu thụ khi bạn sử dụng chat AI, tạo hình ảnh hoặc video, phát âm thanh TTS, rút thẻ gacha hoặc truy cập các tính năng khác của nền tảng. GEM không phải là tiền tệ ảo, giá trị lưu trữ, tiền điện tử hoặc phương tiện thanh toán hợp pháp dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Chúng không có giá trị tiền tệ thực và không thể đổi lấy tiền mặt bên ngoài nền tảng EMORA.

2. Cách nhận GEM miễn phí

Bạn có thể kiếm GEM miễn phí thông qua nhiều phương pháp. GEM miễn phí được phân loại là Bonus GEM và sẽ hết hạn sau 60 ngày không hoạt động (xem Mục 6).

3. Mua GEM

Các gói GEM có thể mua bất cứ lúc nào tại Cửa hàng GEM. Tất cả các khoản thanh toán được xử lý bởi Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (주식회사 토스페이먼츠) thay mặt cho Toast Corporation (주식회사 토스트). Người dùng Hàn Quốc được tính phí bằng KRW; người dùng quốc tế bằng USD. Giá đã bao gồm thuế áp dụng.

Bonus GEMs are extra GEMs awarded with that package purchase and reset the bonus GEM expiry window.

GEM costs may be adjusted via admin settings. Advance notice will be provided for material changes.

5. Phương thức thanh toán (Chỉ thanh toán một lần)

All GEM purchases on EMORA are one-time, individual transactions. We do not offer subscription billing, recurring charges, or automatic top-ups. Each purchase requires explicit user approval.

One-time purchases only. No subscriptions or recurring billing.

6. Quy tắc hết hạn và số dư GEM

An in-app warning and email notification will be sent 7 days before your bonus GEMs expire.
Expired GEMs are automatically removed from your balance and cannot be recovered.
When spending GEMs, bonus GEMs are deducted first, followed by purchased GEMs.
Purchased GEMs do not expire as long as your account remains active.

7. Chính sách hoàn tiền

Purchased GEMs are generally non-refundable as they are delivered immediately upon payment as digital service credits. However, unused purchased GEMs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

⚠️ Important Refund Rules:

Bonus GEMs (free, promotional, referral, mission) are never refundable under any circumstances.
When a refund is issued for purchased GEMs, any bonus GEMs granted with that purchase are deducted proportionally.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (3–10 business days).
GEMs that have already been spent are excluded from refund calculation.

To request a refund, contact administrator@tryemora.com with your account email and transaction ID within the applicable window.

8. Không có giá trị tiền mặt và không thể chuyển nhượng

GEMs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any form of cash, goods, or services outside the platform.
GEMs cannot be transferred between accounts.
GEMs cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise provided to a third party.
Remaining GEMs are forfeited upon permanent account closure.

10. Regulatory Compliance

This GEM policy is designed in compliance with the following regulations:

Japan 特定商取引に関する法律 (Tokushoho)

11. Thanh toán doanh thu người tạo

Approved creators earn 20% of GEMs spent by other users on their characters. The settlement method is determined by the creator's location as follows.

Revenue may be withheld or reversed for content policy violations.
